I'm so not happy. My car was with the service from 6.45 to 10.25 and I was told that it was fixed(alarm system keeps going off). After 4 hours, it went off again. Same problem. I'm not blaming anyone but I just want it fixed. I'm having to leave my car unlocked all day and night. I'm a single mom and this is my only transportation. I have an appointment to come back on Monday.

Rufino put my car under the wrong name. And when asked to fix it because he put my name in the system my last vivist he claimed to have never done such a thing. He also never applied my 100 dollar credit to my next service when i asked him to he also claimed i never had a 100 credit
