Service was very good when I brought my car in for service. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was sitting in the
Lobby and saw my car being brought up after service was completed. It sat there for a half hour before my service person noticed it. He apologized. Still not great customer service.

I was well treated and respected as a customer should be and this is the reason I keep coming back to the one and only Rock Honda, I only suggest there should be a point system for committed customers that can be used for free oil changes or other services for being loyal but other Than that I will keep coming back to get my car serviced there.

The only thing I was dissatisfied was when I paid my bill. The girl at the payment desk split my bill as i asked. 80 in cash and 34.12. She took my 80 in cash and charged me 80 on my debt. I didnt realize it until about an hour later when i got home. It was very upsetting on having to go back to fix this situation. It could be an honest mistake, but at the time when she was charging me she was listening to her music on her phone which wasn't making her very focused on her job. Thanks to her mistake I was over charged at the bank for insufficient funds. I had enough funds for the 34.12. Hence why I split my transaction. I received the funds back on to my card but that takes another few days for that to go back.

I think I was robbed because my car is not fixed I go to Honda to service my car becAuse I want experts to fix it but this has not been the case the service dept has charged me a lot of money to fix my car but they keep telling me it's something else they want me to keep replacing parts but they cannot pinpoint the problem I just cannot afford to keep replacing parts
