I am completely satisfied with Gary's help and service as a service writer. However where I am not satisfied is with the technician who inspected my vehicle for service. I was told that my cabin filter needed to be replaced. But no replacement was needed. The evening before I took my vehicle in for an oil change, I replaced the cabin filter myself. When I was told the cabin filter needed replacement, I realized it was not inspected. The technician made assumptions regarding service needed. This makes me aware that in the future if I choose to use your service department, recommended service may not be needed. Thank you for asking for my feedback. Peter K
