1. I had other engagements to attend while waiting for the vehicle recall work. The ride that was supposed to take me home never materialized until more than 1 hour had gone by, and when it did, another 40 mins was wasted dropping someone else, and I ended up simply returning to the dealership (because it was too late to go home). If you are providing a ride while work is being done, please make that real and useful to customers 2. After the work was done, the display had wiped out all saved GPS info and disconnected my phone as well. No one told me when I left. I am a disabled person who relies heavily on this technology as I drive with hand controls. I hit the freeway and realized that all had been wiped out. If the service dept was careful, they would have alerted me up front, so that I could have reset and connected everything before leaving the dealership It wasted 4 hours of a busy afternoon. I am disappointed
