The problem is not the service. It’s the contract that I purchased when I purchased the car.i was told that it would cover al scheduled maintenance for 3 years, that maintaining my new car would be virtually free for 3 years. Today I was charged for scheduled maintenance and told that the contract that I purchased only covered oil changes. I have been singing the praises of your dealership since I purchased this vehicle in March. I now feel I was deceived and that is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. I was lead to believe that this dealership was different than most, as we all know car selespeople have a bad reputation. So to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The dealership is nice and clean, and the popcorn and coffee are really nice touches, but they will never be valued the way that honesty and trustworthiness will be. So I will no longer be singing the praises of this dealership, because as I said, I value honesty.
