I appreciate the frequent updates provided Soemy throughout the process. Including realistic timeframes provided to complete the work. Her positive and agreeable attitude is really one of the only reasons I continue to take my car there for service. The prices are steep and something I ask be looked into some time ago, a previous visit, was now identified as a problem. I will price the same repair with another auto repair shop. That said, Soemy even offered to help mitigate the costs if I wanted this additional repair done. She is an asset to Honda.

I was originally quoted a price of $1,600 if I decided on new parts, so I opted for second-hand parts " junkyard" according to advisor Sanchez, Somey. However, the price escalated to 2,300 and then to $2,800 with rear brakes work done. I declined the brakes. Fuel pump and power washed gas tank-- $2,300--so I probably have a new gas tank and all parts new. Expertise I respect and understand, but the price exceeds any true value gained. The car was well maintained internally throughout the years. The price exceeds the transmission work done by a thousand dollars. I truly have no clue what exactly was done to the vehicle to warrant a price of $2,300. Fuel pump and turbo washed gas tank= $2,300. I don't get it?
