Jimmy was very pleasant and took care of my issue with much concern. He advised me immediately of the time it would take to complete the job. I’m a customer beginning today! I have received horrible service from Metro Honda. I had issues with my radio and after 3 visits to fix the issue on the fourth visit without my knowledge they installed a refurbished radio. Had I not tried to activate XM radio and learning that the radio I’d umber belonged to someone else. I would have been oblivious to this.

The service was quick, I was in and out in less then two hours. The problem was the amount for labor was $365 for less then two hours of work. This seems like a very steep price.
