Honda Service couldn’t do anything about the delay in opening of the driver’s Door. They blame it to the Alarm Company that installed the alarm. But who ever fault it is my concern is my safety while driving the car but they are telling me that they are just following protocol. I have been Honda Customer since 2000. I have been so loyal to you. My question is can you not make an exception to a loyal customer & forget about the protocol???
