Some technical issue with computer. Service advisor couldnt provide multipoint inspection report because he said computer had some communication issue. Had to wait for a while as my car was brought back in for the inspection again. Alignment check report was not provided to me until i asked myself.

It is the first time taking my car to Rock Honda. It was also the first time I took my car to this Dealer. I received my car without being washed and cleaned. It is the minimum courtesy with your customers to wash and clean their cars. Cero points on that courtesy. Every Nissan agency I took my Nissan in and Valley Hi Honda always returned my cars washed and clean. The agent was really respectful. But I am taking my car to another dealer next time. Thanks!

I believe it’s one thing to say an advisor has knowledge of what your Car’s issue might be but another complete ball game when your advisor is confident in a diagnosis over the phone. This was the case for my experience with Luis. From the moment I gave him a call & explained to him my car’s situation, he was so confident in what the issue was with my car. To my disbelief when I got to the service department, it only took Luis 5min to confirm his over the phone diagnostic. I was beyond impressed at how well his knowledge of a car’s Possible problem can be based on just the clients descriptions of the car’s problems. Advisors like himself & others give me confidence I am in the right hands for my car’s maintenance.
