on the paper i got in the mail stated i would get a rental car for the day while my car got fixed and they didn’t provide leaving me strained unable to pick up my children from school and then pushing back my time for my car to be done and not to be notified leaving me unable to nothing. was offer a shuttle drop and pick up but missed call from the shuttle to get pick up to call back because the number is a no caller ID so i wasn’t able to contact them back. Called Rock Honda to try to get into contact with shuttle but no answer with that as well.

I had to wait 30 minutes for an advisor to come and talk to me in the car. I had to ask for someone to come out, otherwise I might have waited longer. The repair did not fix my car and the problem still exists. I am disappointed.
