and quality and care of service for my car. I love the maintenance plan and reminders for follow up service. I am so happy with my Toyota Rav 4 hybrid.

The service team at Toyota of Murray did a great job. Oil change, tire rotation, filters changed and wiper blade replaced in alittle over an hour. I loved the video that was sent showing how the undercarriage looked and engine compartment. One thing that was worrying (which the person in question no longer works there from my understanding) was last time I went my brakes were in “yellow” and today they are “green”. From what I was told the previous person that serviced my vehicle was alittle lack luster and cut a lot of corners, so that didn’t make me feel great about the previous care my vehicle received. But I was assured he no longer works there and all the service people are fully trained and certified, so I have great confidence in the team today.
