The cashier is always patient and kind despite the rush of people. I’ve had service for the past few years at the dealership. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with an advisor. He did not communicate much and a bit of an attitude. Would think he would engage at least in small talk, instead he pushed a service I did not request. I also received an email of an recommendation for my car. Picture was not my car at all. Little shocked that him and/or techs would do that. Very disappointed with him being in customer service. Someone needs a courtesy check on treating customers. I wish him well though, he’s there for a reason.

Takes way too long to get an oil change, 3 hours is absurd, i literally have to leave my car overnight for something that should take 30m to complete. You took 25 minutes just to check me in, absurd. And dont blame the pandemic, you guys have always been slow.

The service I was suppose to receive today included tire rotation . When my car was brought out to me I checked my tires noticing my tires were not rotated. I came to get my car serviced knowing I had a nail in my back passenger tire and when I picked up my car that nail was still in my back passenger tire that’s how I knew my tires were not rotated. I was very upset being I was charged 144$ for an oil change. If I’m paying 144$ for a oil I expect everything done . Things like this will have your customers thinking what else are they not doing but we’re paying for the service that’s not actually being done .
