Almost three hours for an oil change? The woman who helped me after waiting all this time gave me a print out saying I needed a break job and when I told her I had my brakes done last week she asked me to wait and printed a report that showed that nothing was wrong. Yelp is asking me what I think about your service. Guess what I am going to say.

Ever since I purchased my car at DCH Gardena Honda, I always take my car there for its maintenance because it is trustworthy. However, it service could be better if the waiting time is short. Again, my car was sitting there more than hour being done nothing. By my observation, the whole oil change and necessary checkup took less than 30 minutes. After it was done I had to watch and wait another 30 minutes. Need to move fast and quick!

A new fuel pump was installed in my car because of the recall. after the new one was installed my car was difficult to start in the morning when it was cold. I brought the car in and was told that they would know by the afternoon. I waited and they never called me back but they had said they may have to keep it overnight. However they never notified me to say they were keeping it overnight. . obviously they did! the next morning I couldn’t get anybody to respond to my questions either by email or mail phone. When I picked up the car this afternoon they said they could not find a problem . I wish to have this on the record because I’m not satisfied with the service I received. Mary lou French

Marvin has always been amazing. He always has the answers when I ask him questions, and he does his best to keep me satisfied as a lifetime Honda customer. My car play system wasn’t working so he did his best to get it fixed, and when that didn’t work , he got me a new system . I’m very greatful for him.

My car is still at the dealer, it was not fix on first visit, i return the same day with the same issue, its going to 3 days i've been without car. I was told car was going to be ready at 4, i only received a text message at 2pm to tell me it was going to be ready by tomorrow!??.. not acceptable
