Working with Pierre was great. No issues there. However the HVAC issue I went in for was not successfully repaired. By time I got back home I realized the issue was not only still a problem but it was actually worse. I’ll be returning at some point to try to solve the issue.

1. It took me 3 times to go back there(the first time was with Flores) I made all the 3 appointments and it kept asking me to come back tomorrow, and tomorrow since it's full (do not make an appointment with customers if your service is full !). 2. After 3 times appointments finally I have to leave my car for 2 days because at the third appointment (monday), at the end of the day Rudy called and said they didn't have time to look at the car that day. 3. And the result is nothing wrong with the car. I bought a new Honda HRV sport a week before because I like the wireless phone charger, if it doesn't qork like it supposed to be, it's a disappointment. Nobody told me about this problem, if I have known before I could buy just the HRV LV and save money. Also, the car is very noisy. Honestly, I am not happy with this situation.
