I am having a hard time getting my car fixed and it’s brand new. I have 750 miles on it. Keto said he would call me on 10/14 to let me know if he was able to get me a loaner. Apparently he does not have the authority to issue a rental car so we had to wait until someone got back on Tuesday and then he would call me. If anyone cares to hear more pls contact me. i have a long list of people that i have talked with about this issue.
I had to leave 3 messages for Lincoln the managing partner to see if he could help and he never called me back. After the 3rd call he simply passed my note to someone else to call.
