Listen carefully to my questions about my car and helped me determine which decision to me because of his good information he easily communicated with me about the findings of the technician who worked on my car. It was a question about the battery. With some retesting, it was determined that the battery was fine, and was completely safe to drive. The repair to my rearview mirror went without any difficulty. Strains was always courteous and attentive.

I informed Rudy that I had changed the ignition and that I needed the keys to my new iginition key transponder programmed. Initially he said it would be approx $250. I only had $200 to my name. So I left the dealership, and walked home (8 miles)I borrowed the additional $50 and a friend dropped me back at ez Honda. Rudy said they would try to get to it that day. 445pm Rudy informed that keys were made by vin number and they didn’t work in my “new” ignition. He insisted that I would have to pay f$300 for the keys that didn’t work. He even stepped closer to me and told me, “you’re going to pay for those keys”. I told him over my dead body I was not paying $300 for key that didn’t work. He said he was calling a manager. No one ever came to speak to me about my k for $250. I’ll never use EZ Honda again.
