This review is not about Erik Baatz as he is always on top of things and really ensures that my vehicle has the maintenance that it needs and in a timely manner. I appreciate him for his help and always looking out for any troubles that come along. My recent appointment was not the best because I had made an appointment the day before (11/1) to come in for a tire rotation on Wednesday (11/2) at 7:30am. I will admit that my arrival was late, I had arrived at around 7:40 due to traffic, however, there were other cars in the shop that had been attended who had probably came in earlier. I do not understand why we would need to schedule an appointment. I understand that it works in a first come first serve, however, it defeats the entire purpose for taking the time for reserving the appointment. Again, this is not at all directed towards Mr.Baatz. It’s the system in which they work towards helping customers. I love Easy Honda and I would hate to not come again because Eric Baatz is top notch in customer service.
