Very disappointed with my service. My problem with the noise continues. My hubcaps still making the rattling noise. Never heard of a breaking in period for hubcaps. They just need changing. They are defective. This is my fourth Honda vehicle. Thought you were better than this. Wish I could just get this fixed. It’s a new car, it should be under warranty. What’s the point of buying a new car. I expect this from a used car. Very dissatisfied.

Rick was amazing with sharing the report from my oil change. My biggest concern was something that was out of his control. My wait time was three hours and 20 minutes and when I came back to the service area, it still had not been washed in that time, so I waited another 15 minutes. It’s my hope that oil changes in the future won’t be three hours long but I do plan on coming during the weekday instead of the weekend.
