Pierre ****in general was very kind and helpful.
The only suggestion for him, would be to try to contact the customer by a phone call when the car is ready instead of a text message (that i didn't get). I was in the main building finding some information, but also waiting for my car to be ready to leave as soon as possible and I didn't know that the service to my car was already done.
