Maria was able to direct me (on her day off) to someone who could guide me when I broke down on Saturday on the way to an out of town family wedding. She's very trustworthy. Once car was in the shop in Houston, I felt that it was in good hands vs. being stuck in a all town with no Honda dealership. Maria does a great job explaining car repair needs.

Easy Honda was not so easy. i called & scheduled an appointment which the lady over the phone stated it'll be about a hour for an oil change & when i arrived there & I was told that it'll be an hour to a hour and a 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. Also said there would be a complimentary car wash included in the oil change & my car was brought back unwashed & i had to ASK to have my carwashed. Rudy the service advisor did not even acknowledge that it was not washed & dodged confrontation. They finally brought back the car after the wash & nobody notified me my car was ready & they also lost the key fob which took another 5 minutes for them to find. Overall bad experience for a 1st time.

The service was great and quick. Boris was very helpful. The only downside was that I was charged for services I did not want. I set my appointment online and put oil change only. Perhaps it was a miscommunication or misheard something early in the morning. I was charged for tire alignment. However I get my tires rotated and aligned somewhere else. It was my interpretation that the price would be $135 for the oil change and to include some water in the windshield wiper. Boris was nice enough to provide me a discounted rate, but again assumed it was only for the oil change. He did review everything with me, but charged me for the price right after it was done. I felt very pressured to pay a service I did not know I was getting. He did tell me that there were some other additional items that need to be fixed as well, but I opted out into those services away in the beginning. Overall, his service was great, but the payment was very unsatisfying.
