I don’t need a phone call, however, a process needs to be established for those who have an appointment for simple routine maintenance. If the appointment is at 8:30 and I don’t get my car back until nearly 1pm, it’s unacceptable. It makes me feel as though the Honda pass is a scam, where I could simply go to Jiffy Lube and get the oil change complete in 10 minutes. It is curious that my car was about ready when I finally called in 3 hours later to ask. Then when I get back to the dealer that’s when the car is getting worked on. Meaning it sat there for 3 hours until I called and then it got done in 20 min. That should have been the case at 8:30 and I could have been about my day by 9am.
