It would be nice to get Savings Coupons before having work done even though I was not charged for the Service I received. The service I received was excellent!

Service and facility were excellent, only complaint was length of wait. Initially told about 30 min, but ended up taking an hour and a half. Again, staff were excellent, just a longer than expected wait.

It was a confusing experience. Did not get any information after arrival of how long the service might be. And the texts that were sent out was confusing also. I only got a text giving me a report. But I guess I was just suppose to assume that means my car was ready. It was my first time though. Now I will be better prepared next time with more questions.
