I was told my warranty and extended warranty were bumper to bumper. I expected that anything that needed fix, short of an accident, would be taken care of under those warranties. But, was disappointed when I learned that my cracked headlamp cover would cost my $900 to repair. Being retired, I try to ensure that I am protected from these kinds of expenses by purchases additional warranties and asking the right questions.

I have received very satisfactory service from all Wagner associates, especially from Tod Ford from the service department. Though I am a bit unsure about spending $900.00 on four new tires just prior to making a long trip to Georgia for a family visit, I probably need to be better off "safe than sorry" with new tires. All in all, I hope to be able to continue doing business with Wagner in the future.
