Did I answer the previous question incorrectly? If it did not convey an "extra-ordinary" experience; then that is my fault; there was nothing that made my service experience less than great. Seth did an excellent job. Or, it could be that the previous question is worded in such a way that makes the reader think "yes" is no and "no" is yes.

Found yellow paint smeared over the driver’s side seat and door when I picked the car up! I looked as if someone with wet paint on clothes sat in the seat. The service manager claimed his team didn’t do it and brought out the service technician to show he had no paint on him. Weird! Anyway, your team quickly removed the paint - no harm no foul.

My daughter loves the green wall, the brat and the donation cards for the children’s hospital. Staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is great. Glad to see you’re expanding. There are two Subaru dealers in Dayton, but only reasons to go to Wagner - keep up the good work.

I really, really appreciated Brian’s chatting on the phone with me towards closing about my Crosstrek, squeezing it into the service schedule for evaluation, and following up with the DM about a charge we paid at another location that he thought should have been warrantied. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience working with him. Then, Susan was very helpful arranging the trade in and purchase of the Outback. And can’t thank Chris (I think that was his name?) enough for helping us transfer the cargo carrier and all it’s contents onto the new vehicle. 5 star service all around.
