Kim did an exception job in attempting to get info regarding the whereabouts of the part needed to remedy my vehicle's recall issue. On the other hand, I was very disappointed in how Toyota itself handles the remedy part supply distribution and delivery timeliness. In addition, the Toyota Customer Service rep was not helpful at all in locating the part but rather only gave me the info that I had already given her regarding the problem in getting a response from Toyota regarding the delivery of my remedy part. Fortunately I did have a loaner vehicle but everyday I had to spend contacting or being contacted by Palmiero to make a determination of whether my vehicle would be repaired that day since it's approximately 20 miles from my home to the dealership and to incorporate that into my day's plans. I love my vehicle but not thrilled with the time it took to have a known problem remedied due to inefficient part distribution / delivery.

The accessible van is a vital piece of mine and my wife's life. I wasn't expecting to have the van fixed and returned, but when notified at 4:35 PM about next steps and the dealership just expecting to keep it for more than one day was quite a shock. I have not experienced any other repair where communication was this slight. I need to set a new appointment for the van ramp repairs and will set aside more days for the van to be in the dealerships hands if necessary. It is my fault for expecting the van to be ready same day...but communication can improve on the dealership side.
