First of all I made an appointment at 8:45 a.m. but I did not serviced til close to 12:00 p.m So what is the point of an appointment? Also, my main concern was not resolve. My issue is that I feel that my SUV is not performing like it used to, when I am trying to accelerate it takes longer to than usual to perform. I feel unsafe. Mechanic mentioned that it was normal which I completely disagree.
