Tom was very professional and moved the process along quickly. However when I called the dealership for pickup (I called a few times) the girls put me to service but not with Tom. I waited for two hours. Please inform those answering the phone to the process of pickup. Tom clarified it with me but it seems that even though I left a message on a voicemail I did not receive any feedback for an hour. 2.5 hours of waiting. Tom had nothing to do with this and he clarified it with me. He is a good employee
