Nothing having to do with Jim. He was great. Just wanted to point out that I made an appt. Prior to this one. I set it up at 3pm to only be told I had to bring my car back for this appt. I believe I should’ve been made aware initially to make an appt early enough to provide time to check my vehicle for an A/C issue. It was a waste of my time, as I am very busy to bring my car only to be told I need to bring it back to provide enough time to evaluate my issue. I believe Metro Honda values their customers time. So just a lil piece of advise. Thank you.
