We took the car for air conditioning issues. Your technicians didn't find any issues with the air compressor and wanted to charge me 419.00 for further testing. We took the car to a different dealership and they fix found it was the air compressor and because it's under warranty we didn't have to pay to fix the issue. After having to drive the car for 3 days without air conditioning thanks to Ontario Honda we have air conditioning again.

Oil change and transmission fluid change; not sure they did that or not, regarding to vehicle’s oil lifespans %. Very hard to reach out, even for payment, seemed they neglected my calls for bad reasons. Finally, I am totally amazed high tech facility is not capable to shut tilted sunroof, meanwhile they still charge 175$ for that particular job.
