Jim is literally the BEST service advisor ever! I had to get my car serviced because of an issue I kept having and he went out of his way to make everything run smoothly. No one gives better service like him. He deserves to be employee of the month. 10/10

I came to your dealership after being disappointed by Penske Honda. I’ve taken all 3 Hondas to them for service and when it calmed to the battery issue on my wife’s 2020 Fit they were very weird about honoring the battery warranty. This led to them loosing my business. Jeremy who took my call was very surprised about as well as Ahmed when I explained it to him. He was very helpful, this action won my business. The tire pressure light was not reset. It is still on. Service had been suggested that had been done the last time I had service done on the car, which was at a Honda Dealer in Henderson, NV. I moved here from Henderson a year ago.
