After everything that happened: between us waiting eight hours to complete the sale, the bumper getting banged up, the fiasco of wasting my entire Monday morning trying to get a rental car, and then having to wait from Monday morning until Wednesday mid day to finally be able to drive my new car ( I was originally under the impression that it would be completed by 5 PM Monday). I guess I would have expected a little bit more than just a second oil change (which I was originnally told Id receive a 2nd and 3rd oil change for the inconvenience of a messed up bumper). Especially considering I never got a rental car, which ultimately saved Honda money. Receiving a year of XM radio or a paper stating free car washes or something like that would have been a bit more satisfying.
