Your website shares that if appointment is made it should only take 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I was unaware that my appointment was going to take sooo very long. I was on time for my appointment at 7:15 and I was not leaving until after 10:00. This was very unacceptable

Henry "inherited" me as the advisor I was scheduled with was not in. He was very helpful & kept me informed. He called me to let me know my car was almost ready, as he knew I was not at the dealer lounge. I received a text when my car was ready & he followed up with a phone call. When I made my appt to get my car serviced for an airbag recall I was originally told that the service would take ONE hour. When I got to Metro Honda I was told TWO hours. I received an email 1hour and 30 minutes from the time I checked in to tell me my car was done. Went to Gordon's desk to get my car. He says he is sorry and he doesn't know why I got that email because the car is not done. So I wait. THREE hours after check in I go see Gordon for an update. He points to my paperwork where it says "promised by 12:00" and I reminded him that he said "two hours" (it had already been three hours). He says he is gonna check for my car. Tells me that my car is done. Gets my car. Gives me a coupon for a free car wash. Thank you. As I'm waiting for the car wash I get a call from Metro Honda and a guy says "Did I call you to tell you that your car is ready?" I told him "No" but that I know it's ready because I'm in the car. It was frustrating because I actually believe my car was ready when I got my email and I waited around for an hour an a half longer for nothing. I had plans. Nothing life or death, but other things I wanted to get done. Something is very wrong with the communication at Metro Honda.
