Estrella did good work in accepting our vehicle for service and we we told that she would call us following day at 11 am. No phone or text was received so after a few hours we tried to reach Estrella or honda service department and discovered that Estrella was “out” on sick leave. We call honda service numerous times but only received voice mail on busy signal or placed on excessive hold time. We got into contact with service manager Tony for help.
