Chris went above & beyond being making sure we were satisfied. I have never ever had anyone be so oriented towards customer satisfaction. He is the only reason I will always be taking my car back there for service. I am difficult to please. Chris needs either a raise or promotion!

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by my service advisor Christopher John. From the start, he seemed very pushy on selling other services. I informed him that at the moment I was just there for an oil change and tire rotation,  I wasn't financially ready to complete other services.  He gave me an estimated time of work to be completed by 2pm, my appt was at 11:30am. At 1pm, he called me to tell me about the recommendations,  again I said to him, as discussed earlier,  just the oil change and tire rotation please and thank you. At 3pm, I still hadn't received a call or message informing me my car was ready so I decided to call to follow-up.  I spoke to Stacey, she looked into it and said my car had been invoiced and ready for pick up since 1:30pm! I said to her in a shocked tone,  REALLY?! nobody called to let me know and I've been waiting. She said maybe he stepped out to lunch, we always call or message...I told her i didn't get either one. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle,  I walked into Christopher's office, he said how's it going? I said waiting for a call back, since I never got one, I called to follow-up up and they said you were at lunch,  but I see you're eating at your desk. He said, oh sorry I've been crazy busy I must have forgot to call, I didn't even clock out for lunch. Finally got my keys and my car and I noticed that this was the first time ever that the service advisor did not give my car a complimentary car wash...I have taken my car to metro acura several times, and this is the first time I am very dissatisfied with the service and didn't receive a complimentary car wash.

Professional service and excellent communication from initial diagnosis at check in to vehicle completion.

I’ve been coming to Acura Metro for a couple of years now, in my opinion best vehicle dealer I’ve ever been to. And the credit goes to fantastic staff service personnel like Diana Sofia Gomez, her affable, easy going and pleasant persona combined with her professionalism and knowledge of everything Acura makes my visit and enjoyable learning experience. Please keep this wonderful lady employee for as long as she wishes, she is truly an asset to Metro Acura and a to us the customers, thank you Diana!

Diana went above and beyond my timeframe expectations and was able to provide a loaner even though that was not the initial game plan. I turned my vehicle in on the Friday before Christmas and my vehicle was ready the Monday after Christmas. I truly appreciate her method of education as I pose quite a few questions when I am at the dealership and away from the dealership. I also want to commend Diana on her listening and documentation skills in regards to my vehicle concerns, she is well-organized and ensures my concerns are addressed.
