I’d like to commend Diana Sofia Gomez once again on advising my RDX’s needs, her affable attitude and positive outlook is greatly appreciated and needed in this world we’re living in.
My wife and I think that Diana is an asset to Metro Acura in every respect, we are very satisfied with Diana’s service and the service Metro provides for us grateful customers as well.

My only complaint is that the estimated time I was given to fix my vehicle was very inaccurate. Over the phone I was told the recall repair would be maximum 1 hr. It took 2 1/2 hrs and when I asked why I was told over the phone it would take 1 hr, the rep said 1 hr would be just to open everything up. Naturally if a customer asks how long it will take, they are talking about the total time it takes to be at the repair center.
