I just feel like the front office where you check in the staff aren’t very attentive. He never checked up on me to give me any updates . I had my two kids with me. Waited around 1 hour 20 minutes for service A oil change. And by the time it hit one hour my kids were getting wild. And for a single mom with two kids that can get over whelming after the one hour mark. Before the front office staff would check up give me updates but this time around nothing. I just expect better customer service that’s all.

Why are brakes so expensive? Granted they perform well when rapidly decelerating from highway speeds. But wow-I remember when replacing brake pads was a $40 operation. Not $700.
But the car performs well.
