Poor amenities in the waiting area, no functioning vending machines. Missing key ring on keyfob when returned.

I’ve been the one following up never received phone calls form your dealer as far as updates when the car was in service continue to following up texting and any messages I text several times including about 15 calls I’ll never hear back from your service department and I paid for the service for the issue that my vehicle had it was never fixed still having the same issue call back again today have not heard from back from Acura. The worst service I’ve ever experience.Extremely disappointed

Really sad how I took so much time out of my day and explained for 15 mins and still you guys failed. I specifically asked them not to just look at it quick and get me out of their hair. They called me an hour after saying it’s ready and I pick it up and it’s exactly the same not resolved. Seems this is the norm with dealerships. I couldn’t have explained better. I filled out the paper with a page full of notes only for them to ignore it all. Plus they had the nerve to charge me for not fixing my car. Total fail and **** because I work everyday and now have to wait till next week to get a ride back to drop
