I don’t believe the service rep was willing to listen to my request for advice re seat positioning during my visit. I asked for advice on programming sear positioning. He said that issue had to be addressed by the technician at the tune of $180. I find it somewhat astonishing that the dealership would not offer some basic advice on its product that involves pushing the fob and seat control. I would also say that his bedside manor was lacking as the face Of the service department .
