I was very confused as to what my car needed serviced for when my timing belt was leaking. Fernando was very patient and explained in detail what my car needed. He took the time to google photos just so I can have a better understanding of the repairs. He even went above and beyond and spoke to my significant other so that he can also be aware of the issues.
