Wasted my time on rhe lack of communication. Lied on how the dealer communicate when authorizing additional work needed. Asked to speak to a manager blew that off and never had a chance to talk to and I had to call Honda Corporate instead. No compensation on their mistake and not even a bone after going to the dealership for the last 9 years. I guess the dealer service advisor and tech only values newer cars to service becuae it is less work for them to deal with.
