Mark is great, he’s not the problem. The thing is that we just had the car in your shop for a big warranty repair, because we had rodents chew on things in the engine compartment. At that time I asked them to fill the wiper fluid, but when we picked up the car, the washers weren’t working still. I thought, no big deal, they just forgot to fill it. But then today, the washers still don’t work after service is complete. They took it back and it turns out the hose is chewed off. So now I have to bring it back but it should have been caught the first time! And obviously they did not check the washer function during our service today even though it’s part of the service. So I am now concerned that there are other things that were missed during our rodent repair and also concerned there are things that weren’t done during the routine service. I’ve been a customer on the Acura side since 2007 and I’ve bought FIVE cars from the dealership and this is just really disappointing to me.
