Jesus and Mark (Juban I think) were great throughout my service experience. My only request would be that I actually receive update phone calls instead of having to call myself. For example, I was told that I would be called/texted with the results of some tests that needed to be run but I didn’t hear anything until I got a text that my car was ready. If that was all I had been told I would hear about, that would have been fine, but I was told that they would call me with an update and then I wasn’t. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and my car works great now.
