I brought my car in because my ABS and VHS lights were on. Paul told me his “top mechanic” recommended flushing the system. I listened. After your service and my payment, as I drove the five miles home from your shop, both of those lights came on. It is extremely disappointing that you don’t even verify that you fixed my problem before you call me to tell me my car is fixed.

Unfortunately the repair/replacement of the outside driver’s side rear view mirror glass on my 2022 Odyssey was not done correctly. I was disappointed by Paul, the service rep, who said, “sorry there’s nothing they can do about it today, we’ll have to order a whole new mirror assembly and we’ll let you know when it comes in,” and expected me to drive with a faulty outside rear view mirror. I could not see cars behind me as the rear view mirror would not adjust correctly after the mirror glass replacement. That was unacceptable….. to drive with a non-functioning, unsafe outside rear view mirror. I was amazed that he thought it would be ok to drive off the lot with an unsafe piece of safety equipment that is required by law. Ultimately he did discovered the new mirror assembly could be delivered to the dealership the next day, so he offer a courtesy car loaner. So now I will make a another trip to the dealership. It turned out the the technician that replaced the mirror glass did not clip the glass in correctly/completely, so a new mirror assembly is not required, but I still have to make a second trip.
