No issues with the service done! Service department was great!
My complaint is trying to contact someone from the dealership / service dept to make an appointment.
I went online chatted with a gentleman, followed the directions. No one replied.

Inside service was fine, however, I was not able to get any information about my vehicle, until about 430pm. Dropped the car at 7am, tried calling several times and never connected with a live person. Recorded message asked me to hold on phone and after 3 attempts during the day, and well over 20 minutes on hold, I disconnected. Tried to text on a couple of different platforms and finally got a reply from the website text I sent. Effectively, a complete communication failure.
