Everything was good except for the fact that I made an online appointment and noted that I would be waiting for my car and when I arrived I was told there would be a 90 minute wait.The situation was corrected by getting us a Lyft home. Everybody's time is valuable so I think it should be explained on the website that an appointment doesn't really mean that there won't be a significant wait time. I am so sorry that was talk to text and I did not say the f word. My sincerest appologies
