I’m extremely unhappy with the fact that the ac system in my car is not entirely covered under warranty. Honda needs to do right by it’s customers. I should not be paying over $800 to fix an ac system on a 4 year old car.

Mark Juban was excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the technician who serviced my car forgot to charge it according to Mark's note. Mark was out on PTO on the day when the repair was completed. Not Mark's fault.

I have already discussed this with Brian, but I got my Honda Pilot home and the radiator reserve was completely empty ( zero fluid ) which is concerning since I believe that Honda would either put a little fluid in the radiator or tell me to fill. Neither happened. This is could really damage my Honda if I didn’t check. The worst part a similar situation happen during my last service appointment where my battery wasn’t checked a d died the next day wheny wife was with my children away from my home.
