You need more mechanics. When I called for an appointment on Thursday I didn’t get one till the NEXT Wednesday. Despite coming in at 9am for my appointment the car wasn’t even worked on till the next day. And then I had to wait one more day for the parts to come. 3 days for one small repair (not to mention nearly $600) is not acceptable!

Had my car washed yesterday. Apparently the wiper fluid was low. Left spots all over front and rear window when testing. Just filled wiper fluid recently and haven’t used it so might be an issue with fluid reserve.

Service technician drained battery by listening to radio while they serviced the vehicle, causing me to purchase a new battery. This is on top of your service department having the vehicle 1 1/2 days to replace a starter. I have left a voicemail for the service manager and have not heard back. This is not the quality of service that I would expect from Honda and intend on contacting Honda Corporate to express my disappointment after 25 years and 4 Honda vehicles.
