Absolutely beautiful service from the Weir Canyon Honda service department, I don’t even drive a Honda but I was very welcomed and felt at home. Trent was very nice and polite. Every service advisor here did a very good job at taking care off me while I was on the premise.

Overall speaking, we are satisfied. It's just that yesterday when my wife talked to the Parts department, you gave her the quote of $135 for the replacement of a master key, and $130 for the programming. Then today you quoted $145 for the master key and and $145 for the programming. When my wife asked about the reason for the $20 difference, Mark said it's for the key cutting. It is hard for a customer to know whether you are telling the truth when the quotes you give are not consistent. You need to have clearer communication between your departments.
