Brian Tritz was so very nice and friendly. He was also accommodating as I was in for an oil change and wanted to go for a run while my car was serviced. He was quick to get the paperwork done at the same time making sure I understood what was going to be worked on. He’s one of the best I’ve dealt with at this location.

I left the dealership and went to Hardin because I was told the price was $99 for an oil change, I mentioned I have a coupon and it went down to $79. My coupon said $59. I am a loyal person and I purchased my car at Weir Canyon. I would always return there for all service but when the dealership down the street is $20 less, I decided to leave. I was not impressed with your service writer. Usually it is a much more pleasant experience when I come in for service. Lara C

This is the third time in a row that when I arrived at the front of the line I was completely ignored. Don’t get out and go in to the desk area? Stay with my vehicle? 5 service men where going to and fro and not one acknowledge me for 6 minutes. The lady in the car next to me was equally annoyed and rolled her eyes. Finally I heard a simple “someone will be right with you” from a gentlemen who didn’t make eye contact or even slow down. It is extremely uncomfortable to be ignored and feel out of place. I understand they are busy but someone who keeps walking right by me and is clearly avoiding eye contact is not good customer service. That being said when Mr Wiseman (I think that was his name) came out and spoke to me it was a relief. I have worked with him before and find him informative, helpful and generally a nice guy.
