Appointment was at 7Am me and another car had to wait for the employees to move the cars blocking the entrance to the service area. (7:04).When 7 hit I was told will be with you in a few minutes. Sorry but when I have an appointment the store should be open and ready to serve me.. everything else was great.

I brought my CRV to Weir Canyon Honda for a diagnostic evaluation because my car was in consistently starting. I would turn the key and it would not turn the car on. Sometimes it would take up to 8 turns but it would eventually turn on. Obviously there’s something wrong with the vehicle. So I took it to Weir Canyon Honda had a diagnostic run on it and it indicated that it was the motor to the starter that was bad. I had the motor replaced and I brought the car home. I parked it and then I attempted to move it and it would not start. The method in which it would not start was different than the previous method when it would not start prior to bringing it in to Weir Canyon Honda. So I am having it towed to Weir Canyon Honda‘s parking lot out front or back I think it is and I will drop off the key and they can take another look see at it and perhaps run another diagnostic on it. Perhaps it is the ignition system and not the starter after all.

1st time visiting this place and left like it was all about the money. Before even dropping off the keys, the advisor was rushing to check everything that was wrong with the vehicle to add up the list of items to get done. Recommended 3 additional repair in less than 1 minute to increase revenue. Been a Honda guy for over 20 years having all my vehicles at the dealers and never seen something like this. Also, the advisor could be more professional. I noticed other advisors very professional and showing the customers the lounge, amenities, etc. The experience could have been better.
